Review of Last Life in the Universe (2003) by Lisa F — 23 May 2009
Didn't seem to be a film about redemption to me, more like being cut off without desire, hiding, hoping for a spot of luck, opposites attraction. This is one of those films where the story is more a tapestry of scenes.
It could have got a slightly higher score but I think I detected a nod to tarantino-like murder comedy (something I find imbecilic).
