A fairly okay tread through a type of film that was the staple of early 90's cinema, the stalker/ psycho nutter neighbour/friend/ ex that all started with Fatal Attraction. The so-called modern element here is the flipped racial hatred which plays in such a patronising and unsophisticated way.
It's saving grace is Jackson and Wilson which breathes some life into it. Wilson has been in far better fare and both seem to be taking a paycheck, but engaging enough performances to warrant a view.
