Review of Lakeview Terrace (2008) by Kalandra . — 28 Jul 2010
This movie was a prime example of racism and what it's all about. I like the fact that they used a black person as the racist instead of a white person. It would've been routine if the racist was a white male.
I like that they changed it up and made you look at racism in a different form. Very clever! All racism is bad no matter where or who it's coming from. Samuel L. Jackson's character also showed us an example of a corrupt police officer using his status for his own selfish gain.
It was a interesting movie and a very good example of how racism can come from anyone of any color or background and how it all roots from ignorance and hate!
