A fine example of the docu-style horror genre that seems to be all the rage thanks to Paranormal Activity, Lake Mungo surpasses it on every level imaginable. Excellent performances throughout and an air of creepiness that is unmatched in recent horror films make this one a must watch and an early candidate for horror film of the year.
