Shiny skull face killer chases girl around for unknown reason. Wasn't quite as bad as I was expecting but again, the girl was so unlikeable, whiny, and dumb, that I couldn't wait to see her get killed.
Only likable character was the guy who looks like the son of Steve Buscemi.
