Not sure what to think. Sad, but forgiving in many ways. And pie. Thin crust peach pie.

After a reflection overnight I think the film could have been more. There was promise of more plotlines, but they just vanished without any further thought. Kate Winslet is good, as always, reflecting the longing and conflicting feelings, but the choises she made came with unhappy consequences. The end was happy, a clear tear jerk, but...
