Labor Day is a hugely disappointing turnout from Jason Reitman. A lack of chemistry between Kate Winslet and Josh Brolin makes it fail as a romance and succeed as a soapy melodrama. You know a movie isn't good when the audience is laughing at parts that are supposed to be serious.
