Review of La Haine (1995) by Frank J — 04 Jun 2012
When reading on this movie I found out is the one that launched Vincent Cassel and Mathieu Kassovitz's careers. No doubt, because this is the perfect film for Cassel (or he is the perfect actor for the movie?), and Kassovitz really managed to make transpire from the film the tension and drama of the Banlieus.
The black and white choice was perfect, because added emotive levels to the story.
