A visual delight, however, the lack of sequentiality distracted - at least for me it did - from the effectiveness of the film. After watching La Dolce Vita, and also after watching Fellini's 8 1/2, I felt that I had missed something; I still had questions left unanswered.
A Fellini film is definitely an acquired taste.
