Thematically one of my favorites from Rohmer though I wouldnt say objectively his best. Characterization and dialogue are definitely where Rohmer excels and here are prime examples of what he is capable of but it lacks a bit in pacing.
But I'm splitting hairs here, it still remains one of the finest films I've ever seen.
