Review of Kundun (1997) by Alister N — 03 Jun 2007
A rather more lucid style from Marty's usual edgy position, a film about the 14th Dalai Lama's oppressed life being told exclusively from his point of view and acted entirely by non-professionals, although its loses its grip at some points, it still worth seeing for its unique quality in Scorsese's cache.
