Review of Krull (1983) by J K — 22 Nov 2009
The special effects were lousy, the story was a tad bit silly and the movie, overall, was cheesier than a Swiss Cheese Pizza served in a Wisconsin Nacho factory, but it still somehow manages to be enjoyable and earn its own cultural following, thanks mostly to Family Guy and that cool looking boomerang swordwheel thingy.
Also served to launch Liam Neeson's career. Yes, that guy with the mullet is, in fact, THE Liam Neeson. One of those movies it's so bad it's good.
