I can't believe that I've been missing this much after watching Die Hard for the very first time tonight! Bruce Willis (who still has hair in this one) stars as John McClane, a police officer from New York who's coming to LA to visit his ex-wife and children for the holidays.

When he drops by to meet her at her office, terrorists drop in on the party and hold everyone but John hostage. Now John needs to figure out a way to get rid of all the terrorists, without spilling any blood from the hostages.

Aiding him on the radio is a kind LA police officer named Al who keeps him company and updated with the situation on the ground. With the terrorist leader, Hans, making plans with explosives, it's up to John to stop them.

I had a real blast watching this movie! Die Hard is definitely an explosive thrill ride that never slows down or lets up. There's perfect balances of action, cheesy one-liners, and humor that makes the entire film enjoyable from beginning to end.

Bruce Willis makes a great action star as John McClane in this film. He's very quirky and knows how to kick ass when he needs to. I also enjoyed the performance from the person who plays as Hans. Even though he spoke in sort of a monotonous tone, he still seemed terrifying and clearly posed a threat to the people in the building.

Die Hard is a movie that you don't want to miss. Whether you're an action fan or not, you will be entertained by this film. I guarantee it!
