Review of King Solomon's Mines (1950) by Jeff B — 08 Feb 2008
Well, this isn't at all what I expected it to be, I guess I thought the film was gonna be in a different location and time period. Still, a very entertaining adventure film starring Deborah Kerr joining a hunter on an African safari in search for her missing husband who was looking for King Solomon's diamonds.
Always entertaining with some memorable moments throughout, the stampede is memorable. Toward the end it sort of switched gears and changed stories with a pretty abrupt ending, but it's still a fun movie.
