Review of King Kong (1933) by Michael C — 03 Feb 2010
The effects in the film have obviously aged, but when considering what the state of film effects were at this time, they still manage to amaze me for their ingenuity and ability to make memorable scenes with the effcts.
I've also always enjoyed the way the film has a rather unique and unconventional monster movie storyline, and even today it feels like a fresh plot.
