Review of King Kong (1933) by Mary R — 19 Mar 2018
The One! The Only! The King! A group of adventurers sail to a mysterious island and encounter prehistoric creatures. The captivating Fay Wray will forever be immortalized as the love interest of the giant ape worshipped by the island natives as a deity. Kong is no match, however, for the modern art deco city of New York, and perishes from a broken (and bloody) heart. This classic and creative movie is a must for all fans of cinema. This film demonstrates how artistry and beauty help create a memorable monster story.
The legend of King Kong will endure forever in movie history.
