Review of Kind Hearts and Coronets (1949) by Adam R — 03 Jun 2010
I used to think of Alex Guinness as Obi Wan Kenobi, but then my dad introduced me to his earlier movies, including this one. The satire is biting, dark, and clever - its hard to believe that it would have been made in 1950 with such biting class-war humor, but it was.
I feel sorry for all the people who DON'T want to see it as they are missing out on a truly great film.
