Review of Killing Zoe (1993) by The Original Tia Of F — 19 Sep 2007
If you love bank heist films you will very much enjoy Killing Zoe. Eric Stoltz did a great job as the unassuming and maybe a bit naive Zed who comes to Paris to do a bank job with his childhood friend Eric. The plans and location of the hesit are laid out before Eric and though seemingly simple it turns out to be anything but.
During Zed's first couple of hours in Paris he meets a escort named Zoe who he ends up liking and who unbeknownst to him will later be his saving grace.
Eric and his gang of what can only be described as debaucherous alcohlic drug addicts are like watching anarchy in human form and this vision manifests itself during the hesit.
I cant remember who of my FLix family recommended this movie to me but I am glad they did because I really enjoyed especially being that I had no idea what it was even about I just picked it up on the word of that person... so whoever you were thanks and I owe you one! =).
