It's hard to quite make sense of the film. It starts as a hit man movie then morphs into a horror movie without really much explanation. There are some (poorly handled) suggestions; PTSD being the most obvious.
Either way, if you like ultra violence without always needing a clear framing rationale for it, then this film may be for you. If not, avoid.
