Review of Kill List (2011) by Cole W — 22 May 2017
Taunt, Tense and deeply disturbing. Ben Wheatley's part family drama, part hitman thriller, part gory horror film is text book example of slow burn storytelling. He sucks you in inch by inch before forcing your whole head under.
Maintaining solidly calibrated tension before dropping a bombshell that will haunt you long after the credits roll.
