Review of Kill List (2011) by Tatsuhito K — 04 Dec 2016
It starts out as a crime thriller with a very dark sense of humor, but then toward the end it turns into a batshit crazy horror film with a disturbing ending that made my jaw drop. Ben Wheatley's "Kill List" is expertly crafted and deeply uncomfortable to watch.
It is tense, unpredictable, and genuinely unsettling; it is well-acted and well-executed and I liked it more than "Sightseers", but I can't imagine myself revisiting this film again. That ending.
