Review of Kika (1993) by Chris S — 17 May 2008
The outfits worn by the female characters are so eccentric, and the production design is colorful and vibrant as usual. I am not fond of how things turn out in the end, and there are a couple of things left unexplained in the end but at least the main antagonist gets what he deserves.
I think that Pedro Almodovar has better and more realistic portrayals of women in his latest films.
