There are many mixed veiws out there over the so called 'controversy' of the films content to me it pretty much summed up my teenage years near perfection its just what teenage guys do they drink chase girls hang out the only way I can imagine being shocked is if you some how skipped your teenage years or didint have much of a social life.
The only shocking thing I find is how two of the stars lost their lives to drugs and they werent teenagers then and has nothing to do with the film itself.
