Review of Kelly's Heroes (1970) by David P — 13 Feb 2010
Don't look for anything deep or meaningful in this romp through WWII. The movie is solely a comic adventure of a group of GI's in search of gold. Donald Sutherland's Oddball character is aptly named and in my opinion is one of the few truly standout things of the movie, however, I personally enjoyed it.
None of the story is that believable, but that is the fun of an adventure movie such as this.
