Review of Kalifornia (1993) by Rajneel S — 06 Jun 2008
Grungy, murky and violent road-trip thriller with standout performances by Duchovny, Lewis and Brad Pitt as a genuinely frightening redneck villain. The story doesn't make much sense, but in this case it doesn't make much difference - just watch it for the ambience and Pitt's wonderfully creepy and rare, unsettling performance as an antagonist.
