I would be delighted if the filmmakers so chose to make the main character the Indian version of James Bond. Engaging material, and not the least due to its little idiosyncracies that I can't quite tell are intentional.
Some beautiful street filming of Calcutta, and the directing keeps the pace chugging along. Also, how many conspiracy thrillers have you seen starring (badass) pregnant lady hackers?
