Review of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) by Paul T — 28 Jun 2018

There are many complaints to be had about this movie, but the one that grated on me the most was the awful dialogue. Characterization is constantly done through on the nose dialogue and the characters do not have the charisma or complexity to make the viewer disregard that issue.

The story does not flow so much as simply occur, with events being pushed forward by dumb and out of character actions. The number of times I simply said "WHY????" in the theater was pushing 6.

The film and characters fail to draw the viewer in. Even as an excuse to eat popcorn, there are much better options out there.
