A major fail, and by far, the very worst of the franchise. Zero chemistry between Bryce and Chris. James Cromwell was a total dead end (with terrible accent). Predictable (and tired) plot packed with wasted opportunities.

Over-scored. Needless and distracting references to the Spielberg canon. Too long and rarely thrilling, I spent more time looking at my watch than the screen.
