3 - You watch Johnny English because you dig Rowan Atkinson's physical comedy - and he still has the most absolute command of his body and facial features. Other than that, a spoof to the super-spy genre has to try very hard to bring forth anything new, and Johnny English Reborn fails to rise above average in that regard.
Good thing Atkinson sustains it well, then. .
