After seeing this I realised why I'd not heard of it before. It is quite probably the feablest Clint Eastwood film I've ever sat through. A weak script, a regurgitated plot and lacking in humour or three dimensional characters.
Amazing how a combination of Eastwood, Duvall, Sturges & Lalo Schifrin can amount to such a below par end product in all departments.
