Review of Joe Dirt (2001) by Scotty S — 01 May 2013
David Spade ("SNL", "Tommy Boy", "Black Sheep") provides a classic performance as Joe Dirt, the good ol' boy from down south who embarks on a journey of personal retribution while he battles with who he is.
. Christopher Walken is memorable as the Janitor in a small town who has flashbacks of his old Mafioso days. The crudeness may not be the same of the late 2000s comedies but this film provides quality joke after joke of potty humor.
The title is "Joe Dirt" so you should expect what you see. An enjoyable film with a pleasurable story arc and ending.
