Review of Jigsaw (2017) by Ignas P — 25 Oct 2017

Considering it's been 7 years since Saw 3D and the hype for a sequel was always around, I feel like Jigsaw didn't disappoint and actually did quite well in terms of actors, storyline and development.

It has a few nice plot twists and a nice explanation for the Jigsaw murderings happening again. However, I feel like the climax of the film wasn't big enough. They've talked about how the soundtrack will be reworked and while it's good, it wasn't emphasized enough by the end of the film.

Overall it's a great film with a mediocre ending, which is very unusual for the Saw franchise.
