Review of Jessie's Dad (2011) by Elizabeth S — 18 Aug 2014
This film is a must-see for anyone who doubts the strength of the human spirit in times of unfathomable tragedy. The film is poignant and finds inspiration, love and joy in a situation that seems intrinsically void of them.
Everyone should see it to become familiar with the political climate around protecting our country's children and to find ways to overcome what seems like insurmountable challenge and pain. The filmmaker really gave a voice to a powerful man, Mark Lunsford, who's mission in life was born from unspeakable pain.
