One star for amazing special effects, and one star for the decent scary dino moments.
Other than that, the story is awful. Some characters are very cringeworthy. I ended up just rolling with the ridiculous aspects of this plot so that I could at least enjoy it. Convenient volcano makes everyone want to save or make profit off of dinos, the computer network on the island is still working because it is charged by heat and energy from the dinosaurs being around. I almost laughed out loud. Then they all are transported to the Dino mansion where theres a freaking Dino auction and I cant even...
No depth to Pratt?s character still and the script is rough. The last installment was a lot better.
I?m expecting in the next movie they will genetically alter the Dinos so that they can survive on mars and shoot them all off into space. Spaceship dinosaur attacks anyone?!
