This movie was really well done actually. I was always excited to see it, because I loved Diablo Cody's screenplay and language in Juno and I knew that the same type of speaking/style would be put in this movie.

It was like they were trying scare you but give you a good deal of laughs as well...it is a really great example of what horror/comedy is. Megan Fox is wel...Megan Fox, somewhat attractive and meh with the acting, the one thing that I felt she did amazing with in this was the crying scene where she was about to be butchered.

If there is "one" thing I like about actors and actresses it is their ability to cry and Megan did a great cry scene in this. Amanda Seyfried did great in this movie, I have always been a fan of her and this movie just made me love her even more.

She starts off as a geeky girl and she plays it beautifully because it is a different type of geek, she is a well like girl that is geeky but is also dating a boy who'm she has sex with, so not your typical cliche geek and that was something I liked very much.

What I liked most about Amanda was that she showed so much in this role, love, funny, scared, geekiness etc, she had it all. My two favorite performances given in this movie were those given by Kyle Gallner and Adam Brody.

Kyle as always did amazing, I think he is a very underated actor he brings every scene in this movie to life as a gothic boy who as most of the guys are, attracted to Jennifer and even though (SPOLIER ALERT) he dies, he was still my favorite part about the movie.

Adam Brody, well known for his character Seth Cohen from The O.C. played a rocker who kills Jennifer in order to sell his soul to Satan in order to become a famous rock musician, he was quit freaky especially during the butcher scene, he came across as just a cocky, rude individual but during the killing scene, he actually gave me the chills.

The one thing I didn't like about the movie was showing the ending at the beginning, that is something that I have always hated because now I know how it ends and that pretty much wrecks it for me.

It starts off with Amanda's character being in a mental institution as insane and evil as you cant get, and she than says "I havent always been like this", I hated that because as I was watching the movie I knew that this geek will soon turn evil and will end up in a mental institution so it was wrecked.

So to sum it up, really well done movie, horror comedy for sure and that is something that you don't see to often and when you do it is not always the best but they pulled it off really well in this film.

4/5.
