Review of Jaws (1975) by Matt G — 15 Nov 2013
To be completely honest, it never scared me. I never feared sharks after it, however I grew up in a different horror movie universe, where they were gruesome and meaningless. This felt like nothing horrorwise.
However, the feel to it, the premise, the acting, the chilling music, makes up for it not being scary. Even if I wasn't scared, I was completely drawn in and to the edge of my seat, the quest to hunt jaws is an intense one.
