Review of Jason and the Argonauts (1963) by Joe L — 06 Sep 2009

One of my favorite movies because these movies just has a charm to them and it's great to watch. I enjoy the story, the outlandish music, exaggerated acting and horrible fighting scenes. But it's great and the leading ladies (Hera and Medea) are fabulous and really represent that class and look of the 60s.

One of the fun things about the story is that they end it with the journey, leaving it open for the return to Thessaly. I enjoy watching it and the fabulous characters. It may not be known for great lines or acting but it's a great fantasy film.
