3 out of 5 - Tasteless masochistic trash, but for all it's disgusting, too-painful-too-watch-or-stomach moments, Knoxville's gang's antics are truly mesmerizing. Many segments miss the mark, but some hit the bullseye and how; party boy in Japan, toy car up the butt x-ray, and a visit to the loo section of a hardware store are particularly noteworthy.

Squarely not recommended at the squeemish or the sensitive.
