Review of I've Loved You So Long (2008) by Christine O — 01 May 2009
The sister returns from prison. She's spent 15 years there for the murder of her 6-year-old son.
Kristin Scott Thomas is absolutely marvelous. Day after day she and the sister rebuild a life, without knowing it, just by living. No plan, no happy or sad days, just existing, including the conflicts which are parts of the existing thing. Until life confronts them seriously.
To be recommended.
