Review of I've Loved You So Long (2008) by Bradley B — 11 Feb 2010
An original and intriguing story about a woman who just got out of prison after serving 15 years for murder of her young son. She goes to live with her sister and begins to slowly open up to the people that surround her as well as to the audience, eventually leading to the reveal of the mysterious story about why she did what she did.
Kristin Scott Thomas was fantastic in this film and the dialogue, although I feel somewhat poorly translated to the English subtitles, is sharp and very well written.
