Review of It! The Terror from Beyond Space (1958) by Gregory W — 27 Feb 2011
WAAAAY in the futuristic 1970s, a rocket lands on Mars. Something strange happened and only one man survived. A second rocket lands on Mars to return the survivor to Earth for his court marshal for murdering his fellow astronauts. Unfortunately, the titular monster sneaks onto their ship and begins killing everyone.
If this plot sounds familiar, it's because we've seen it over and over. "Alien" was much better, but this one was first. It's not really terrible, but it's been done far more effectively.
