Review of It Comes at Night (2017) by Bri S — 11 Jun 2017
Really misleading title and marketing. I thought there would be supernatural elements or something. Joel Edgarton shined, like always. The movie could have been so much better with money, hand puppets, card board cutouts.
..anything. The cinemetography was really good, the plot was skimpy and bare. The promise of something juicy and delicious was there, but at the end you are still waiting with your plate. You've probably seen similar or better on AMC.
