I'm a huge book nerd and fan of the superb source material. This movie left me hauntingly effected. With fantastic performances from both its director and child cast "It" will be sure to stand the test of time.

While not as visually frightening as many other films in the same genre, It transfers King's story if not scene for scene in to a emotionally charged piece of cinema. Audiences memebers coming for a serious horror movie freight may leave disappointed with this strange adventure, but the people who come looking for something deeper will more than find it.

While not perfect, "It" is sure to stick with you, and leaves most of us hungry for more. Good for ages 13+.
