Review of It (2017) by Ava D — 29 Nov 2018
It is directed by Andy Muschietti, written by Chase Palmer and starring Bill Skarsgï¿ 1/2 1/2rd with some others kids.
It's an adaption from Stephen King's novel, and it's about children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, a group of young kids are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against an evil clown named Pennywise, whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries.
I actually didn't like the young actors, I hated how they made them insult too much, I hated the part about bullies and school life.. sometimes the humor was not funny and unnecessarily.
The performances were really bad, except for Bill Skarsgï¿ 1/2 1/2rd.
The plot was very scary, the movie was good as scaring, but not really good as a whole movie.. some elements were damaged because of the things I mentioned above.
Still I liked It and I'm gonna give it a B+.
