Review of Isle of Dogs (2018) by Tj S — 25 Apr 2018

I am a quite a fan of Anderson's stop motion style that he gave us in Mr. Fox, you can expect the exact same thing in this film. Wes Anderson has made a name for himself with his style and humor and this film isn't short of any of those factors.

If you enjoy Anderson's other films this one will fit in just nicely. The ensemble cast is great, the animation works really well and the humor is enjoyable much like his other films. My only complaint is that this film runs an hour and forty some minutes and it could be a little shorter on the run time to avoid the occasional boring spell.

Overall this is a good film though and don't have much else to complain about.
