Great cop movie that doesn't need a shootout to be good. Gere really makes you despise his character and the tension he creates with Garcia is very prickly indeed. I don't understand why "Slippery Bob" kept using the word "gross" in his review below.
There wasn't really anything gross about this movie. There was some mild blood and brief nudity, but that's as gross as it gets. I feel this movie did a great job at portraying the IAD (internal affairs) of a large police dept.
