Review of Internal Affairs (1990) by Juan J — 26 Dec 2010
Richard Gere and Andy Garcia at the top of their game in a perfect police thriller proving that proper casting or rather surprise casting (Mr. Bad Guy Richard Gere) and solid directing (Mike "Leaving Las Vegas" Figgis) make a movie stand out and be remembered way after its time.
William Baldwin, the up-and-coming Hollywood heartthrob at the time got a role of his career as a corrupt cop at a crossroads (and got a chance to die so gracefully, too). A classic as far as I'm concerned.
