Review of Insomnia (2002) by Corey L — 19 Mar 2013
Although it can't be lumped together with the rest of the typical hollywood criminal investigation movies, it fails to fully achieve its potential. Nolan seems to have squandered an interesting premiss by following a more conventional hollywood formula.
The acting, mainly from Pacino and Williams, is what carries the movie, and for the most part is the most enjoyable aspect of the film.
