Insomnia is a great thriller with a strong cast and Nolan as a director. There's suspense and it works. It's unusual to see Robin Williams as an antagonist. Insomnia is a high movie, first of all for the fact that there is no black and white and there is only grayscale.
The ending gives even more pleasure, it is realistic.
