Review of Insidious: Chapter 2 (2013) by Mark W — 14 Oct 2014

Wan is a good director when it comes to cinematography and he can make many haunted house scenes work; however Insidious 2 delivers a very inconsistent and mediocre showing much like its predecessor! I found the acting and more annoyingly the script pretty bad.

.. It felt flat and uninspired... That said the movie did entertain and provided an occasional scare, but it was a messy story in what appears to be a new franchise for Wan!
